79 Diecast Madurai specializes in collectible diecast model cars and related products. Our products are primarily intended for collectors and hobby enthusiasts.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, scale, brand, colour, packaging details, and prices are accurate.

Any material difference between the product supplied and the product advertised will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, accessories, display stands, packaging, or other items shown for illustration are not included.

3. Collectible Products and Packaging

Diecast models are collectible items. Packaging, acrylic cases, cards, boxes, decals, paint finish, wheels, and other product details may be important to collectors.

Customers should carefully review the product description, photographs, scale, brand, and packaging details before placing an order.

Factory variations that do not make the product defective or materially different from its description will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Customers should contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order before dispatch. Cancellation requests are subject to the order status and applicable cancellation policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect any rights that customers may have under applicable law.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the selected model, prefers another colour or model, or no longer wishes to keep the item.

However, this restriction does not apply where a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required under applicable law, including cases involving defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed products.
