Pre-Order Terms

Definition of Pre-Orders

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that has not yet been released or received by our warehouse. The item may still be undergoing production, packaging, or international shipping. All pre-order items will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse and are ready for shipment.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the order amount, where permitted by applicable law.
