SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

•        Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping

•        Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.

•        Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility

•        Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

Package Inspection

•        Customers must record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video — from sealed package to fully unpacked product — to be eligible for damage claims. 

Damaged in Transit (DIT)

•        Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

•        Claims must include an unboxing video and photographs of the damage.

•        Diecast Circuit will assist in communicating with courier partners and initiating investigations. 

Lost in Transit (LIT)

•        For delayed or lost shipments, Diecast Circuit will assist in contacting courier partners and initiating investigations.

•        Final resolution is subject to courier partner findings. 

Assistance Commitment

•        Assistance will be provided wherever reasonably possible.

•        Compensation, replacement, or refund outcomes remain subject to verification and courier approval where applicable.
