RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read carefully before placing an order:
1. All sales made through Castly are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
2. As we deal in limited-edition and collectible products, returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind,
- Better price found elsewhere,
- Packaging preferences,
- Accidental orders,
- Minor manufacturer paint or packaging imperfections,
will not be accepted.
3. Customers are requested to verify product details before placing an order.
4. Pre-Orders: A pre-order does not guarantee 100% product allocation. Availability depends on our vendor/supplier. In the event that we do not receive the product, the pre-order may be cancelled and a 100% refund will be issued.
5. By placing an order with Castly, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return, No Exchange Policy.
