5. Die Cast Official Garage on Castly is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, transportation issues, customs, or events beyond our control.
6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
7. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
8. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transit and delivery lies with the courier service.
9. Shipping dates for pre-orders are tentative and subject to product allocation and supplier availability.
