Welcome to Die Cast Official Garage on Castly. By placing an order or pre-order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- Limited-edition and collectible items may have restricted allocations.
2. Pricing
- Prices are based on market demand, supplier costs, and product availability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Confirmed and paid orders will not be affected by future price changes.
3. Pre-Orders
- A pre-order reserves a product but does not guarantee 100% allocation.
- Product allocation depends on supplier and vendor availability.
- If we are unable to receive the product from our supplier, the pre-order may be cancelled and a 100% refund will be issued.
- Estimated arrival and dispatch dates are subject to change.
4. Payments
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required for selected products and pre-orders.
5. Shipping
- Orders will be dispatched within the communicated timeframe.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
- Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operations.
6. No Return & No Exchange
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order is confirmed and dispatched.
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to our No Return & No Exchange Policy.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Die Cast Official Garage on Castly reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, supplier issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
8. Product Condition
- Minor manufacturer packaging wear, paint variations, or factory imperfections are common in collectible products and are not considered defects.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Die Cast Official Garage on Castly shall not be held responsible for delays, shortages, or cancellations caused by manufacturers, suppliers, import restrictions, customs authorities, courier services, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Policy Changes
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms
- By placing an order or pre-order with Die Cast Official Garage on Castly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping, Privacy, and No Return & No Exchange Policies.
