PRE-ORDER POLICY

Nature of Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are offered based on official manufacturer announcements, distributor allocations, and expected availability for die-cast and scale model releases.

Estimated Arrival Dates (ETA)

  • All estimated arrival dates (ETAs) are estimates provided by manufacturers and suppliers and are subject to change due to:

  • Production or manufacturing delays

  • Allocation reductions from brand suppliers

  • International shipping or customs clearance delays

  • Supplier and logistics issues

Order Confirmation

  • A pre-order is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment (or deposit, as applicable).

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable once confirmed.

  • Any cancellation requests are subject to review and may be declined at Harvi Toy Corp’s discretion.

Allocation Shortages & Unfulfilled Orders

  • If Harvi Toy Corp cannot fulfill a pre-order due to supplier allocation shortages, production cancellations, or shipment issues, a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Manufacturer Changes

  • The following manufacturer variations do not qualify as valid grounds for cancellation, replacement, or refund:

  • Minor changes to packaging design, box art, wheels, decals, or included accessories.

  • Variations in paint finish, tampo printing, or casting specifications made directly by the brand manufacturer.

Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

  • If in-stock items and pre-order items are purchased in a single transaction, the order may be split into separate shipments.

  • In-stock items will be dispatched according to standard fulfillment times, while pre-order items will ship once stock arrives.

Balance Payment & Abandoned Orders

  • For deposit-based pre-orders, full balance payment must be completed within the communicated timeline upon stock arrival.

  • If the balance payment is not settled despite reminders and a final notice, Harvi Toy Corp reserves the right to cancel the order and forfeit the deposit.

  • Cancelled or abandoned pre-order items will be released back into available inventory for other collectors.

Refund Eligibility

  • Pre-order payments and deposits are non-refundable except under the following conditions:

  • Harvi Toy Corp is unable to supply the allocated item.

  • The manufacturer officially cancels the item production run.

  • Stock allocation is short-supplied by the primary distributor.
