Nature of Collectibles: Due to the mass-produced nature of scale models, minor factory variations (such as slight paint imperfections or decal placements) may occur and do not constitute a defective product.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, or to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We use secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your payment card details.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are estimated and are subject to change based on the manufacturer's production and shipping schedules.
Delays in pre-orders are common in the die-cast industry and are beyond our control. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to manufacturer delays.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
As stated in our Return Policy, we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Cancellations
All purchases are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to our strict no-cancellation policy after an order is placed, and the requirement of an unboxing video for any claims.
