House of Diecast – Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

House of Diecast does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit; however, customers should contact us promptly so we can assist with the courier claim process where possible. Any claims regarding incorrect, missing, or defective items must be supported by a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete opening process. Claims without valid video proof may not be accepted. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these policies, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and legal requirements in India.
