Pre-Order Terms

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Nature of Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are offered based on manufacturer announcements, distributor allocations, and expected availability.

Estimated Arrival Dates

All ETAs are estimates only and may change due to:

• Manufacturing delays

• Allocation reductions

• Shipping or customs delays

• Supplier issues

Confirmation

• A pre-order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders are generally non-cancellable once confirmed.

• Cancellation requests may be declined at Minizoku Pvt Ltd's discretion.

Allocation Shortages

• If Minizoku Pvt Ltd cannot fulfill a pre-order due to allocation shortages or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

Manufacturer Changes

The following changes are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund:

• Changes to packaging, wheels, decals, or accessories

• Paint application or specification changes by the manufacturer

Combined Orders

• If in-stock and pre-order items are purchased together, the system may automatically split them into separate orders.

• In-stock items may ship immediately while pre-order items remain pending.

Balance Payment & Order Cancellation

• For deposit-based pre-orders, customers must complete balance payment within the communicated timeframe.

• If payment remains outstanding despite reminders and a final warning, the order may be cancelled and the deposit may be forfeited.

• Cancelled items may be released to other customers.

Refund Eligibility

Pre-order payments are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Minizoku Pvt Ltd cannot fulfill the order

• The manufacturer cancels the product

• Allocated stock is not supplied
