Thank you for choosing to pre-order with RACEiN PARC. Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order.
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it arrives in stock.
Products will be shipped once they are received and processed at our warehouse.
All pre-orders require the specified pre-order amount (deposit) at the time of booking.
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If you wish to change your reservation to another model, we may allow it subject to product availability and our approval.
The ETA displayed for a product is an estimated arrival date only.
Delays may occur due to manufacturers, international shipping, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that ETA dates may change.
If the manufacturer cancels production of a model or we are unable to procure the product, RACEiN PARC will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that pre-order.
Once your pre-order arrives, we will notify you to complete the remaining balance.
The product will be held for 7–14 days after notification.
If the balance is not paid within this period and we do not receive a response, RACEiN PARC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reallocate the product. The original pre-order deposit will not be refunded.
Once the remaining balance is paid, the order will be dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.
