Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Pre-orders are confirmed only after the required booking amount or payment has been received.

• The applicable booking amount and remaining balance will be displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

• Any pending balance must be cleared before dispatch, as applicable.

Estimated Arrival

• Estimated arrival dates are based on information provided by our suppliers, distributors, or brands.

• Arrival timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, supplier dispatches, international shipping, customs clearance, holidays, or other logistical factors.

• We will share updates whenever meaningful information becomes available.

Pre-Order Cancellations

• Confirmed pre-orders are generally non-cancellable because stock is arranged against customer bookings.

• If a supplier discontinues an item, cancels the allocation, or becomes unable to fulfil the order, we will communicate the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Product Availability

• Pre-order availability depends on supplier allocation and confirmation.

• Placing a pre-order does not guarantee a chase, rare variant, or any randomly inserted item unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

• Product images may be illustrative. Any known differences in the final product will be communicated where possible.

Dispatch

• Pre-ordered items will be processed for dispatch after arrival at our warehouse and completion of the necessary checks.

• Customers will be notified of relevant stock and dispatch updates.
