Refund & Return Policy

Exclusion of Transit Damage (DIT and LIT Clauses): We utilize trusted third-party networks, but the transit risk lies strictly between the carrier and the buyer. Damage in Transport (DIT) and Lost in Transport (LIT) are explicitly not covered under our store policies. We are not responsible for rough courier handling, dented boxes, crushed exterior cardboard, or missing cargo once scanned by Delhivery.

Sealed Factory Items and Defect Exclusion: As a premium collectible distributor, we maintain an absolute factory-sealed chain of custody. We do not unseal or inspect factory-packaged models. Consequently, any internal manufacturing defects, scale variances, loose interior parts, or missing factory elements are strictly outside our control and are not covered for exchange or refund.

Collector Packaging (Boxes/Blisters): Cardboard boxes, clamshell blisters, and acrylic cases are designed purely to protect the scale model inside. Minor creases, scuffs, soft corners, or plastic clear-coat indentations originating from global transit do not constitute product damage and are ineligible for refunds.

Import Risks and Force Majeure Cancellations: All listings involve highly volatile international logistics. Orders remain susceptible to customs impoundment, sudden import policy shifts, and supplier shortfalls. By placing an order, the collector assumes this import risk, and our liability remains restricted to an immediate refund if an item is completely compromised.

In-Hand Inventory: Items explicitly tagged as In-Hand indicate immediate physical possession. These models will bypass pre-order timelines and move straight to the next upcoming weekend shipping queue.
