PRE-ORDER POLICY
1. Pre-order booking does not guarantee 100% product allocation. Product availability depends on the supplier/vendor allocation.
2. In rare cases, if our vendor is unable to provide the ordered product or provides limited stock, we may be unable to fulfill all pre-orders.
3. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
4. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
5. Pre-order delivery timelines are estimated and may change due to supplier delays, import issues, or logistics.
6. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
