PRE-ORDER POLICY
At TOYCULTURE.STORE, we offer pre-orders to give customers early access to upcoming collectibles. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
A pre-order is a reservation for a product that has not yet been released or is awaiting arrival from the manufacturer or distributor.
Availability is based on production schedules, distributor allocations, and supplier confirmation. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate availability.
A pre-order is considered confirmed only after:
Successful payment (full or booking amount, where applicable).
Order confirmation from TOYCULTURE.STORE.
Orders without successful payment will not be reserved.
The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) displayed on our website is provided by manufacturers or distributors and should be treated as an estimate only.
Delivery timelines may change due to:
Manufacturing delays
Production schedule changes
Allocation reductions
International shipping delays
Customs clearance
Logistics disruptions
Supplier-related issues
Other unforeseen circumstances
TOYCULTURE.STORE is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Manufacturers may revise products before release without prior notice.
These changes may include:
Packaging artwork
Paint finish
Wheels or tyres
Accessories
Decals (Tampo)
Specifications
Minor design revisions
Such manufacturer updates are considered standard industry practice and do not qualify for cancellation, refund, exchange, or compensation.
All pre-orders are subject to manufacturer and distributor allocation.
If the quantity allocated to TOYCULTURE.STORE is lower than expected, orders will be fulfilled based on the order confirmation sequence.
If we are unable to supply your pre-order due to allocation shortages or supplier cancellation, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. This shall be our sole obligation.
Pre-orders are placed with our suppliers immediately after confirmation and therefore are generally non-cancellable.
Cancellation requests may be accepted only at the sole discretion of TOYCULTURE.STORE.
If approved, applicable processing or administrative charges may be deducted before issuing any refund.
For products offered with a booking amount:
The booking amount reserves your allocation.
The remaining balance must be paid within the payment period communicated by TOYCULTURE.STORE.
Failure to complete the balance payment within the specified period may result in:
Cancellation of the reservation
Forfeiture of the booking amount
Release of the reserved item for sale to other customers
If a single order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items:
Items may be shipped separately depending on availability.
Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments where applicable.
TOYCULTURE.STORE reserves the right to decide the most suitable shipping method.
Pre-order payments are non-refundable, except in the following situations:
TOYCULTURE.STORE is unable to fulfill the order.
The manufacturer permanently cancels the product.
The allocated stock is not supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
TOYCULTURE.STORE reserves the right to cancel any pre-order due to:
Manufacturer cancellation
Allocation shortages
Pricing errors
Technical errors
Supplier issues
Fraudulent transactions
Any circumstance beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, customers will receive a refund of the amount paid. No additional compensation or damages shall be payable.
By placing a pre-order with TOYCULTURE.STORE, you acknowledge that you understand:
Arrival dates are estimates only.
Manufacturer changes may occur before release.
Allocations are not guaranteed.
Delays beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or compensation.
You have read and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy before completing your purchase.
