Return & Refund Policy

01. Platform Overview

Castly operates as an independent marketplace connecting buyers with verified diecast garages (sellers) across India. We provide the technology and platform for sellers to list and sell their collectible items directly to you.

Because Castly does not hold inventory, fulfill orders, or ship products directly, Castly does not process returns, exchanges, or refunds on behalf of the sellers.

02. Seller-Specific Policies

Every seller on Castly operates their own independent storefront and dictates their own specific return, refund, and shipping policies.

  • Where to find policies: You can find a seller's specific return and refund policy on their individual storefront page or listed directly on the product page before you make a purchase.
  • Variation: Some sellers may offer a 7-day return window for defective items, while others may enforce a strict "No Returns" policy for sealed collectibles or pre-orders.

By making a purchase on Castly, you are agreeing to the specific Return Policy set by the individual seller of that item.

03. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you have an issue with an order, you must contact the seller directly:

  • Log into your Castly account and navigate to your My Orders page.
  • Locate the specific order and use the provided contact details or messaging feature to reach out to the seller.
  • Provide necessary proof (such as uncut unboxing videos or photos) as required by that specific seller's policy.

04. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

While Castly is not directly responsible for returns or refunds, we hold our verified sellers to a high standard of trust and reliability.

If a seller violates their own stated return policy, fails to deliver an item, or sends an entirely incorrect item and refuses to resolve it, you may contact Castly Support at support@castly.co.in. We will investigate the dispute and may mediate a resolution, which can include suspending the seller from the platform. However, the final decision on the refund execution lies between the buyer, the seller, and the payment gateway.
